 I started my first company in 2002 whilst still in my 20’s. Since then I have founded and had ownership of over a dozen different companies which have an annual turnover in excess of £500 million. Starting businesses is my passion, the thrill of taking an idea or a dream and bringing it to life in the form of a successful company.

I have spent most of my working life around recruitment, and therefore feel perfectly placed to bring these dreams to fruition for the next generation of recruitment leaders. Having scaled the heights (and sometimes stumbled into in the pitfalls!), I really enjoy helping others to navigate their way to success in the increasingly complex world of recruitment ownership.

It’s not all about work though. I am a very proud husband and dad, and I am a keen participant in a number of outdoor pursuits most notably snowboarding, cycling and hiking. Appreciate the cliché but I am genuinely a people person, my door is always open and my phone is always on.
